We use theoretical, thermal and non-thermal methods to validate your process and to help confirm that the identified CCPs are capable of controlling the identified process hazards. We work by gathering data, conducting experiments, and analyzing results to ensure that the selected CCPs are effective in reducing risk to an acceptable level.
Where a process is suitable, we can compile an extensive literature review to provide a theoretical assessment of the effectiveness of your process.
We work independently, and in association with some of Australia's premiere process authorities, to measure the effectiveness of your thermal process. These services range from thermal mapping studies and the management of heat penetration and temperature distribution studies.
To effectively match a process with a testing methodology requires a sound knowledge of the process and the methodology. Please call us to discuss how our experience can help. If your process is outside our scope, we will suggest potential process authorities.
