Dog Food
We are highly experienced in the development of: canned foods, chilled meals, dehydrated treats and functional supplements. We develop to PFIAA and AAFCO standards and can assist with most compliance matters.
Infant Foods
We have extensive experience developing infant foods, packaged in hot filled and retorted spouted pouches.
Sauces
Our expertise in sauce manufacture is extensive. Our experience includes mayonnaise development, developing pasteurisation profiles for tomato- based sauces, hot-filled sauces, marinades and salad dressings.
Retorted Meals
We formulate meals to suit harsh retorting conditions. We can also assist with your heat penetration studies and retort validations.
Plant-Based Products
An increasing interest in plant-based protein and environmental awareness is driving the interest in novel plant proteins such as Hemp and Faba. Our proprietary development projects are currently focused on using hemp and faba in a range of innovative food products.
